Terrible experience.

I booked a room via their website to include parking for 5 days. When I get to the hotel, they had no record of my reservation or stay. I tried calling parksleepfly.com but they don't have a customer service number. Apparently their customer service representatives are available until 8pm, 7 days a week. I emailed them because that is the only way to get a hold of someone. I emailed them around 7pm but I got no response. I had to drive over an hour to find another hotel room the same night. They never reached back out to me. I lost my money. Now I have to dispute the charge with my bank. Ughhh..

Great service

I had a very early morning flight and decided to use parkflysleep. Things couldn't have worked out better. From making the reservation to being picked up on my return everything went well. It made a difficult trip easier.

Perfect for our needs

Perfect for our needs. The room clean and quiet. The bed comfortable. Our flight needs changed at 10 PM but the shuttle was able to accommodate.

No wake up call

We picked this hotel because they would take us to airport for our flight. I called front desk and repeated twice our wakeup call and our room number. No one called us. Fortunately, we set our cell phone as a backup alarm - good thing - so we didn't miss our flight.

Very pleased with our experience…

Very pleased with our experience staying at the Boston Hilton Garden Hotel and parking out car for the week while we flew out from Logan. The shuttle was punctual and clean . We felt our car was safe where parked at hotel. Hotel was friendly , clean and comfortable. We would do again and recommend. Very affordable.

Shuttle/hotel would not pick us up and told us to call a taxi when we were told they had 24 hours shuttle service

They totally scammed us! We needed to come home early because of COVID19 and they never got back to us! We had to work things out with the hotel directly!
